Rebecca Earley was invited to present a paper at this conference, which included pioneering designers from architecture, graphic design, fashion, and product design. The conference aimed to highlight the unique skills of designers to solve the environmental and social problems that are often ignored or under acknowledged by governments and society. It presented examples of inspired design interventions that were both aesthetically pleasing and responsible.
